My Reiki 1 course is designed for beginners as well as anyone looking to brush up on their basics or reinvigorate a stagnant Reiki practice. It details the concepts and teachings of Usui Reiki and it offers a more broad foundation of energy healing which draws from my decades of experience with meditation, shamanic practices, and earth work.
