Integrated Healings & Readings

During an Integrated Healing & Reading session, you will experience waves of healing energy through Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, plant spirit medicine, flower essence therapy, chakra balancing, angelic + ancestor messages, the release of any completed cords or blockages, and personalized oracle card readings. These are always tailored to and guided by your own unique needs and wishes.

What is a session like?

All appointments begin with an intention. You will have a chance to share your experience — both troubles & triumphs — to be held in a capacity that is unconditionally loving and accepting.

Then you will lie, fully-clothed, on the massage table to receive an energy work treatment that involves gentle healing touch, the presence of crystals or stones, and suggested essential oils & flower essences. These experiences are can feel both very gentle and extraordinarily powerful.

After I complete the treatment, I will relay messages from spirit about your energy field and circumstances. I also share guidance or images that were revealed to me so you can use these messages to further integrate your own healing.

This all lasts about one hour, and it will leave you feeling shifted.
