Energy Healing

During an energy work session, you will experience waves of deep healing energy through Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, plant spirit medicine, flower essence therapy, chakra balancing, shamanic practices, angelic + animal + ancestor presences, the release of any completed cords or blockages, a reinvigoration of life-force energy, and a personalized oracle card reading. I combine all my methodologies and practices together to intuitively guide my work, so our sessions are always tailored to your own unique needs and wishes.

What is a session like?

You should wear comfy clothes to your session, where you will sit and have a chat with me, have a cup of tea, relax, and unwind. We open with an intention, and a chance to share your experience — both troubles & triumphs — to be held in a capacity that is unconditionally accepting.

Then, you will lie fully-clothed (with cozy blankets and relaxing music) on the massage table for the energy work. Children (with their guardians present throughout) usually skip the tea + talking and go straight to the massage table. (Pets let their guardians talk for them, and we do all this remotely.)

While lying on the massage table, you relax while I perform the energy work treatment, involving gentle healing touch, suggested flower essences & essential oils, and sometimes crystals and stones. This experience will feel restorative, and the work itself can feel both very gentle and extraordinarily powerful.

After I complete the treatment, I may relay messages from spirit about your energy field and circumstances, so that you can use these to further integrate your own healing.

This is generally a very cathartic experience, and it will leave you feeling shifted.

What to expect after a session?

After an energy healing appointment, you may feel deeply relaxed and sometimes tired or energized. It is important that you help support your body, mind, and spirit through the healing process by staying hydrated with clean/living water, spending time in nature/grounding, eating healthy foods, and bathing with salts or other detoxification methods. Often, big feelings (or other people’s big feelings!) can arise in the hours or days following a session, and you may experience shifts in your outer world catalyzed by the shift in your energy field. You may feel more sensitive, more happy, more sleepy, more alive, more clear, and more in-tune with your spiritual guidance. You may even feel psychic gifts start to open more fully. Whether the changes feel enormous or imperceptible, know that they are unfolding perfectly in your own timing.

As our most advanced scientific studies prove, everything is energy, and so are you. These complex energies interact through electricity, magnetism, quantum mechanics, and more, to impact our bodies, minds, environments, relationships, perceptions… and thus, our whole lives. Take Reiki specifically: it has been shown to improve mood, sleep, and recovery from injury and ailments while also reducing anxiety. Many of humanity’s most ancient and profound healing methods were (and still are) energetic.
