E n e r g y   w o r k : 

I am Usui Reiki Master-Teacher and Advanced level Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner. I am formally trained in herbalism, plant spirit medicine, and various shamanic practices. My ethnic background is Slavic (Polish & Russian), Celtic (English & Irish), and Germanic (German). My teachings and traditions are predominantly in the Celtic, Slavic, and neopagan traditions. I have also practiced meditation for 30+ years and provide custom meditations or live guided meditations as part of my work.

H e r b a l i s m : 

I am a community herbalist, or a folk and bioregional herbalist. I make and sell small-batch herbal medicines in relationship with the land I live on. I am not a clinical herbalist (meaning I do not provide consultations and prescribe herbal formulations). I suggest plants to work with (in the physical, the spiritual, and otherwise) like flower essences, herbal remedies, garden plants, and other green teachings to support you.

O r a c l e C a r d R e a d i n g s :

I am a life-long oracle card puller and have been studying the tarot for 9+ years. Tarot & all oracle cards are a way of divining the deep truth at the core of many of life’s questions — they are a way of asking advice from spirit, God, and the universe and interpreting the messages with a well-honed intuition. While I do not subscribe to the idea that we can foretell the future with absolute certainty, tarot readings offer potentials, outcomes, & profoundly meaningful guidance.

W o m e n ’ s   W o r k :

I have been participating in women’s circles for well over a decade and have been facilitating circles in various iterations for 6+ years. When I became a mother in 2017, it became clear to me that women’s webs of support were nonexistent & desperately needed to be rewoven. It is no accident that these support systems have been destroyed — because when women gather, we remember and reinstate that which has been lost to the patriarchy. To date, my most profound personal work has revolved around themes of creation, gestation, loss, grief, & rebirth. All of it has been witnessed & uplifted by wise women in circles around me. Likewise, my professional work is informed by a wide reverence for the divine feminine energy in all beings.

M e d i t a t i o n :

I have been meditating for 30+ years, having begun by my mother’s guidance while I was a small child. I have also practiced shamanic journeying and dreamwork, both with guidance and by self-study since childhood. These paradigm-bending experiences form a solid foundation for my work in the realm of mind+body+spirit connection. I have been blessed by many gifted meditation guides throughout my life, and I am humbled to channel this work myself. I believe that doing reflective, explorative work in our inner realms heals not only ourselves, but our ancestors, our children, and the abundant living spirits of the earth. As they said in the ancient mystery schools (and later wrote on Apollo’s temple at Delphi) — Know Thyself.

I hope my work here helps you connect to your own spirit, your own inner guidance, and the vast, dynamic universe of magic that surrounds you.
