Reiki 1

Reiki is a powerful method of healing.

It can be safely used on babies, children, pets, and the elderly, as well as the earth, objects, environments, and more — to help cleanse, revitalize, and balance life-force energy.

It is exceptionally easy to use, and is always readily available to any attuned Reiki initiate. It’s widely practiced throughout the world and is now even employed in hospitals throughout the US!

This Reiki 1 course is designed for beginners as well as anyone looking to brush up on their basics or reinvigorate a stagnant Reiki practice.

In this course, we will cover:

  • The history of Reiki
  • The myriad uses of Reiki
  • The Reiki principles
  • The energy system & 7 major chakras
  • The practice & methodology of Reiki, including hand positions
  • Self-healing techniques
  • Care for before, during, and after sessions
  • The Reiki 1 level attunement

All participants in this Reiki 1 on-line course will receive:

  • A hard-copy (printed & mailed) lesson packet
  • Worksheets to help you practice
  • A personal, level Reiki 1 attunement, which opens you to channel this energy for yourself & your beloveds
  • An official, signed certificate of course completion
