I was initiated into earth magic + energy healing at a very young age. As a child, I befriended plants and animals, journeyed with spirits through dreams, and spent slow, sunny mornings meditating on a rock in my parents’ enchanted garden. There, my mother taught me which herbs were good medicine, and my father taught me how to help them grow. I always knew I had the gift of a deep connection to the earth & to the unseen world — I just didn’t have the language for it yet.

Since then, I have collected nearly 20 years of study with various esoteric healers, teachers, scholars, herbalists, and wise women, both nationally and internationally. I have formally trained or been certified in Reiki (Master Teacher level), Integrated Energy Therapy (Advanced level), Healing Angels of the Energy Field, intuitive plant medicine, herbalism, shamanic journeying, and other traditional healing arts.

I also hold a BA from Fordham University and have vast professional & personal experience working with children, animals, plants, the neurodiverse, the dead, and the ever-living land.
